Hello and Welcome again here. Nifty started the year 2025 with a corrective move from the ATH formed in 27 September 2024. We formed double bottoms in March 2025 and April 2025. April 2025 bottom was a bear trap with news based on US Tariffs imposed on India. Its effect was a gap down opening and we saw a huge short covering rally thereafter on Nifty index. Gann Seasonal Levels of 21750-21850 acted as strong support and this set a target on Nifty to 24850 to 25950 level. We hit 24000 plus levels and corrected back to 24500. Major Gann Seasonal levels of 24250-24350 acted as strong support with no hits till those levels.
Nifty post 24050 to 24150 looks strong ahead and geared up for new ATH in 2025-2026. The Gann Seasonal levels of 26450 to 24550 are the initial hurdles for it. Once we close above this levels we have resistance of 26850-26950(strong hurdle here). We may see intermittent profits booking around these levels whenever we hit them. Post these levels major hurdle seen is at 27250 to 27350 levels.
Time period for hitting new ATH is fag end of January 2026 to Mid February 2026. Post the High around this time period we may see corrective move till End of March 2026 till Early April 2026, if not early. Correction levels to watch are at 25750 to 27650.
